Flash Games Removed

Well, I started falling behind on updating the flash games page as it was just very annoying. Also, I was not very pleased in having people think that those were my flash games.  I had a link back to the originial site and even the flash game itself advertised the site.  Oh well, it’s all taken care of now.

To keep a little interest in this site I’m going to most likely post other blog posts and/or news articles on interesting topics when I find them. I’ll do all this while I come up with a project that I can actually settle on for once.

…now ad free!

It has been a while since my last post but honestly I don’t really have much to say. The site and all plugins have been fully updated recently and I believe I’m going to be putting Project Cuddles on a halt for some time. My main issue are the models. I usually don’t have the motivation for a project unless I’m coding and although I did learn a lot while messing with Blender I just don’t have the motivation to continue if I’m going to be creating the models myself.

With that said, Project Cuddles is on a halt for now while I continue my search for the right models that I am looking for. In the meantime, I have considered picking up or starting a fresh new Ray Tracer. We’ll see what happens.

Bones!

I present to you all a few screenshots.  I did a quick job on the eyes and moved on to adding bones to the model.  I have a feeling I’m putting these bones together incorrectly, however if it allows me to create a simple walk/run animation then I don’t care at this point.  I have no other plans to improve this rabbit until I get more of the game written.  This model will be the main test character during Project Cuddle’s testing before the first tech demo can be released.

As you can see from the image, the white lines are the basic bone structure to move different parts of the model.  This will enable me to easily create run/walk animation or any other animation for that matter.

quick eyes rabbit

This is just a quick, very rough, rendering of what the eyes will look like.  It looks bug’ish but that’s alright.  Nothing created so far is set in stone.  Things will change a lot as time goes on.
