If anyone has been checking my site on a regular basis you will have noticed that it has gone through a big cosmetic change. The old site, which was more forum based, really was not used much and I was not too happy with the feel of the site. I decided to turn the site into more of a blogging site. This will enable me to freely post about random topics that may arise as well give faster updates of current progress of my game.
Ah yes the game, well, I have taken a completely different route for my first gaming project. I realized after a while that a MMO is just too much for being my first gaming project and seeing as how I am working alone on this project. So, what has changed about the game? First off, it’s going to be a FPS. Secondly, the idea I have will basically become a Tribes clone with whatever improvements the community, yes you, and I come up with. The project for now on will be known as: Superne Nex. Yes, it is Latin and no it is most likely not correctly put together; however, I think it is catchy and I hope others find it catchy.
Finishing up, I would like to make it clear that commenting on the blogs should be disabled. All disscussions should take place within the forum. I was unable to carry over all the previous posts and logins from the old forum. This shouldn’t be an issue as there were not many users and the posts have nothing to do with the way things are now. Well, this is it. I hope this new project idea will kick off soon and I hope for a great future community.
